Why T3 Futbol Club Was Formed
T3 Futbol Club brings together the strengths of North FC and Team Challenger FC North to create a stronger competitive environment for players in the U13–U19 age groups.
By combining player pools, coaching experience, and performance resources, T3 Futbol Club supports deeper teams, stronger training groups, and increased flexibility in team formation. The result is a more complete environment for players as the game becomes faster, more demanding, and more competitive.
Experienced Leadership
T3 Futbol Club is jointly led by Attila Csiszar and Chris Dore.
Together with Tommaso “Tommy” Favro, Director of Coaching, and Spencer Schultz, Director of Operations, they guide the structure and standards of T3 Futbol Club.

As players progress into the U9–U12 years, team formation focuses on sharpening game understanding, decision-making, and competitive habits within North FC and Team Challenger FC North.
